تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لخدمة Sikasio Publish. نرجو قراءتها بعناية، فتسجيل دخولك واستخدامك للخدمة يعني موافقتك عليها.

01قبول الشروط

هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين Sikasio، ومقرها القاهرة، مصر. إذا كنت تستخدم الخدمة نيابةً عن شركة أو جهة، فأنت تقر بأن لديك الصلاحية لإلزامها بهذه الشروط. وتُقرأ هذه الشروط مع سياسة الخصوصية.

02الخدمة

Sikasio Publish لوحة لإدارة النشر على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي: تكتب المنشور مرة واحدة فيُهيَّأ لفيسبوك وإنستغرام ولينكدإن و X ويُنشر في موعده، مع تقويم للمحتوى، وحملات، ومتابعة للتعليقات، وإحصائيات، وأدوات مساعدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.

قد نطوّر الخدمة ونضيف ميزات أو نغيرها أو نوقفها بمرور الوقت، وسنخطرك مسبقًا إذا كان التغيير يؤثر بشكل جوهري على استخدامك.

03الحسابات والموافقة

  • التسجيل يتم بحساب Google، وكل حساب جديد يخضع لموافقة المشرف قبل تفعيله. ويحق لنا قبول الطلب أو رفضه دون إبداء أسباب.
  • يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل.
  • أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان حساب Google الذي تدخل به، وعن كل ما يتم من خلال حسابك.
  • أخبرنا فورًا على info@sikasio.com إذا اشتبهت في استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابك.

04المنصات المرتبطة

تعمل الخدمة من خلال واجهات برمجية تقدمها Meta ولينكدإن و X. ولذلك:

  • تربط حساباتك بتطبيقاتك وبيانات اعتمادك الخاصة على كل منصة، وتلتزم بشروط استخدام كل منصة وسياساتها.
  • لا نتحمل مسؤولية قرارات تلك المنصات، مثل رفض منشور، أو تقييد حساب، أو تغيير واجهاتها البرمجية أو حدودها، أو تعطلها.
  • إذا فشل النشر لسبب يرجع إلى المنصة فسنعرض لك الحالة ونعيد المحاولة حين يكون ذلك ممكنًا، لكننا لا نضمن نشر كل منشور في موعده بالضبط.

05محتواك

المحتوى الذي تضيفه ملكك. وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لحفظه ومعالجته ونقله إلى المنصات التي تختارها، بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة فقط، وينتهي هذا الترخيص بحذف المحتوى أو الحساب.

وأنت مسؤول عن محتواك، وتقر بأن لديك الحق في نشره، وأنه لا ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو الخصوصية لأي طرف، ولا يخالف القانون.

06الاستخدام المقبول

يُحظر استخدام الخدمة في:

  • الرسائل المزعجة، أو التضليل، أو انتحال شخصية أي فرد أو جهة.
  • نشر محتوى يحض على الكراهية أو العنف، أو يخالف القوانين المصرية أو قوانين البلد الذي تنشر فيه.
  • انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية للآخرين.
  • محاولة اختراق الخدمة، أو الوصول إلى بيانات مستخدمين آخرين، أو تعطيلها، أو إرهاقها بطلبات آلية.
  • إعادة بيع الخدمة أو إتاحة الوصول إليها لغيرك دون اتفاق مكتوب معنا.

07محتوى الذكاء الاصطناعي

النصوص والصور والأفكار التي تولدها أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي اقتراحات قد تحتوي على أخطاء أو معلومات غير دقيقة. راجعها قبل نشرها، فأنت المسؤول عما يُنشر على حساباتك.

08الخطط والأسعار

تُقدَّم الخدمة باشتراك شهري، وتحدد كل خطة حدودًا للاستخدام مثل عدد المشروعات والمنشورات والصور:

أساسي$15 / شهريًا
احترافي$35 / شهريًا
استوديومن $100 / شهريًا
  • تفاصيل كل خطة وحدودها معروضة في صفحة الأسعار، وخطة الاستوديو تُحدد باتفاق خاص.
  • عند الوصول إلى حد من حدود خطتك يتوقف ذلك النوع من الاستخدام حتى بداية الفترة التالية أو ترقية الخطة.
  • الأسعار لا تشمل الضرائب والرسوم التي يفرضها القانون ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك.
  • قد نغير الأسعار، وسنخطرك قبل 30 يومًا على الأقل من سريان أي تغيير.
  • المبالغ المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا في الحالات التي يوجب فيها القانون ذلك.

09توفر الخدمة

نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لتكون الخدمة متاحة ومستقرة، لكننا لا نضمن أن تعمل دون انقطاع أو أخطاء. وقد نوقفها مؤقتًا للصيانة، ونحرص على إخطارك مسبقًا حين يكون ذلك ممكنًا.

10الإيقاف وإنهاء الحساب

  • يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وطلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت بمراسلتنا.
  • يحق لنا إيقاف حسابك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط، أو إذا عرّض استخدامك الخدمة أو مستخدمين آخرين للخطر، أو إذا تأخر سداد الاشتراك.
  • عند إنهاء الحساب تُحذف بياناته وفقًا لما توضحه سياسة الخصوصية.

11حدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توفرها». وفي أقصى حد يسمح به القانون:

  • لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، مثل خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات أو السمعة.
  • لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك المبالغ التي دفعتها لنا خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للواقعة.

وتتعهد بتعويضنا عن أي مطالبات من أطراف أخرى تنشأ عن محتواك أو عن مخالفتك لهذه الشروط.

12القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. ونسعى لحل أي خلاف وديًا أولًا، فإن تعذر ذلك تختص محاكم القاهرة بنظره.

13تعديل الشروط

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، وسنغير تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة. وإذا كان التعديل جوهريًا فسنخطرك على بريدك الإلكتروني قبل سريانه بـ 15 يومًا على الأقل. واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد ذلك يعني موافقتك على الشروط المعدلة.

These terms govern your use of Sikasio Publish. Please read them carefully — signing in and using the service means you accept them.

01Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and Sikasio, based in Cairo, Egypt. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

02The service

Sikasio Publish is a social media publishing board: you write a post once, it is adapted for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X and published on schedule, with a content calendar, campaigns, comment inbox, analytics and AI-assisted tools.

We may develop the service and add, change or retire features over time. We will tell you in advance if a change materially affects how you use it.

03Accounts and approval

  • You sign up with a Google account, and every new account is subject to admin approval before it is activated. We may accept or decline a request without giving reasons.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for keeping the Google account you sign in with secure, and for everything done through your account.
  • Tell us straight away at info@sikasio.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

04Connected platforms

The service works through APIs provided by Meta, LinkedIn and X. Therefore:

  • You connect your accounts through your own platform apps and credentials, and you comply with each platform’s terms and policies.
  • We are not responsible for those platforms’ decisions — rejecting a post, restricting an account, changing their APIs or limits, or outages.
  • If publishing fails for a reason on the platform’s side, we show you the status and retry where possible, but we do not guarantee every post goes out at its exact time.

05Your content

The content you add is yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it to the platforms you choose, only as far as needed to run the service. The licence ends when the content or the account is deleted.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to publish it, that it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy, and that it is lawful.

06Acceptable use

You may not use the service for:

  • Spam, deception, or impersonating any person or organisation.
  • Content that incites hatred or violence, or breaks the laws of Egypt or of the country you publish in.
  • Infringing other people’s intellectual property.
  • Attempting to breach the service, reach other users’ data, disrupt it, or overload it with automated requests.
  • Reselling the service or giving others access to it without a written agreement with us.

07AI-generated content

Text, images and ideas produced by AI tools are suggestions and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Review them before publishing — you are responsible for what is published on your accounts.

08Plans and pricing

The service is offered as a monthly subscription. Each plan sets usage limits, such as the number of projects, posts and images:

Professional$35 / month
Studiofrom $100 / month
  • Each plan’s details and limits are shown on the pricing section; Studio is set by separate agreement.
  • When you reach one of your plan’s limits, that kind of usage pauses until the next period or until you upgrade.
  • Prices exclude taxes and charges required by law unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices and will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a change takes effect.
  • Fees paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

09Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and stable, but we do not guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. We may pause it for maintenance and will try to tell you in advance where possible.

10Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to us.
  • We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use puts the service or other users at risk, or if payment is overdue.
  • When an account is closed its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, data or reputation.
  • Our total liability to you does not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event.

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We aim to settle any dispute amicably first; failing that, the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.

13Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms and will change the “Last updated” date above. If a change is material, we will email you at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the amended terms.
